The Dragon Repopulation Program seeks to pair humans with compatible dragons! Unfortunately for Zach, his late entry into the program means that he's paired with The Twins.

Chaotic, clingy, and completely co-dependent, Sunshine and Shadow have gone through three partners without landing a match. The golden dragon, Sunshine, refuses to leave her room, preferring to splurge on video games and delivery drivers. Her sister, Shadow, has the opposite problem—she's SO overbearing that only the most patient of partners could possibly satiate her incessant need for attention (or her habit of swallowing them whole). Together, they are The Twins, and as a package deal, they're almost impossible to place.

Enter Zach, a former baseball semi-pro, forced to retire young after a tragic accident. Seeking a project he can sink his teeth into, he is chosen as a potential candidate for Sunshine and Shadow. Will he form a connection that could last a lifetime, or will jealousy and hunger lead to a premature exit from the program?
