After their first semi-successful adventure, Ink and Dean find themselves stuck. There hasn't been a phoenix in the valley for years and the fairies are at war. To complicate matters, Augustus, the man whom Ink thought was her one true love, has been petrified while Dean, his bratty friend, is resistant to her gaze. Annoyed at his antics, there's only one spot Ink can keep him without losing her mind: her stomach.
The problem is that her body likes Dean and when he takes up a bet with a sadistic elf to save Augustus, it becomes difficult not to show it.
